This patient is a 44-year-old female who has had a history of lower blepharoplasties done 3 to 4 months ago, and now, she feels that her lower lids are very hallow. The patient on physical examination has moderate layer of lipodystrophy over the love handles and the abdomen. She also has moderate amount of skin laxity in the upper and lower abdominal region, she has hallowing in her lower lid tear troughs with crepiness of her skin, especially when she smiles.

This patient had had 3 heavy pregnancies at 8,9, and 10. Her abdominal muscles were very stretched out. And despite diet and exercise, she could never get her pre-pregnancy body back. We did lipo love handles and tummy tuck where we did a midline muscle corset plication of 6cm. The patient was ecstatic about her new body. We restored her abdominal and waste line contour.
