This is a 51-year-old female having had a history of hysterectomy and C-section, has had two children at 7 pounds and 8 pounds. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 130 pounds. She has extensive amount of stretch marks surrounding her belly button and the stretch marks are up high. The patient also has abdominal laxity, skin laxity, and a small pannus.
