The patient on physical examination is 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He is Fitzpatrick type 2 skin complexion, very ruddy, lots of sun damage on the face and extensive neck laxity with lipodystrophy component and neck and jowl laxity and also hollow tear troughs and malar area.
