This is a 59-year-old female who comes in for facial rejuvenation surgery. She is 5 feet 2 inches and 107 pounds. She has very heavy upper eyelids, midface fat atrophy, very prominent nasolabial folds from loss of volume and also prominent jowls, neck banding, and quite a bit of crepiness of her skin.
