This is a 32-year-old female having had two children. She has 40 D cup breasts and 5 feet 6 inches and 185 pounds. She has got abdominal laxity with extensive stretch marks, buttock fat atrophy and laxity and back lipodystrophy, axillary lipodystrophy. coming in for first-stage tummy tuck, liposuction of back, and BBL. She came back a few days later and she did mastopexy and breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel 400 mL implants. Patient did a 3rd surgery for liposuction of the abdomen to achieve a nice flat tummy.

He has significant neck laxity and jowls, prominent and heavy lower lids, and also heavy upper eyelids, and the patient has a hollow tear troughs and nasojugal ligament that needs fat grafting.
