Dr. Mo Zakhireh performs Brazilian butt lift procedures in Palm Desert at the state-of-the-art surgical suite of Cosmetic Surgery Institute. During the liposuction portion of the procedure, he uses very fine surgical tubes called Capistrano Precision Cannulas to efficiently remove fat. This is a 74-year-old female coming in for brachioplasty and forearm plasty. The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 185 pounds. She has bilateral very lax and ptotic forearms and proximal arms. The patient has had this even when she was younger, and she has had quite a bit of lipodystrophies in these areas, and we have offered this patient brachioplasty and forearm plasty.

Patient is a 54 year old female, she is 5 feet and 4 inches and 235 pounds. She has extensively heavy and ptotic bilateral upper dorsal arms. I have offered the patient bilateral brachioplasty with dorsal arm incision due to the fact that this incision is in the hair-bearing skin and the skin is thicker there, so the results will turn out much better.

48-year-old lady who came to Cosmetic Surgery Institute from Orange County. This patient was a 34A cup at 5” tall and 105 lbs. She had a history of breastfeeding two babies. As this woman was very small and petite, the surgeon had to be careful not to choose overly large implants for fear of making her look top-heavy. She was sized at 350cc, and this was an excellent choice in balancing her shoulders into her hips.
For her breast augmentation at the Los Angeles practice, Dr. Mo Zakhireh augmented the patient with Mentor Smooth Gel 350cc Gummy Bear implants, which were placed under the pectoral muscles for mammogram reasons.
