She has got abdominal laxity with extensive stretch marks, buttock fat atrophy and laxity and back lipodystrophy, axillary lipodystrophy. coming in for first-stage tummy tuck, liposuction of back, and BBL. She came back a few days later and she did mastopexy and breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel 400 mL implants. Her breasts are pseudoptotic. The patient's right rib cage is more projecting and the left rib cage is flat and goes in. Therefore, the left breast sags more, and the right breast is more projected.
