This patient is a 44-year-old female who has had a history of lower blepharoplasties done 3 to 4 months ago, and now, she feels that her lower lids are very hallow. The patient on physical examination has moderate layer of lipodystrophy over the love handles and the abdomen. She also has moderate amount of skin laxity in the upper and lower abdominal region, she has hallowing in her lower lid tear troughs with crepiness of her skin, especially when she smiles.

This is a 29-year-old female who desires breast augmentation. She has had one child and breastfed. She has bilateral A cup breasts. On physical examination, she is 5 feet 2 inches and 125 pounds. Her breasts are pseudoptotic. The patient's right rib cage is more projecting and the left rib cage is flat and goes in. Therefore, the left breast sags more, and the right breast is more projected.
