The patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 220 pounds. She has significant back and abdominal lipodystrophy. She has abdominal muscle laxity and large abdominal pannus. She is coming in for liposuction of the back and tummy tuck.

This is a 53-year-old female with a previous history of two pregnancies at 8 pounds each. The patient, on physical examination, has abdominal laxity and well-healed C-section scar. She is 5 feet 2 inches and 150 pounds and has a moderate-sized pannus and has full torso lipodystrophy. I have offered this patient liposuction and tummy tuck, but she has opted to forgo liposuction of the back and flanks and just do the tummy tuck portion, even though she understands that her body may be off balanced after the tummy tuck.

This patient is 4 feet 11 inches and 138 pounds, and on abdominal examination, she has a very lax abdomen, not only in the muscle but also with extensive stretch marks and lipodystrohpy.

IL was a 20-year-old female with a 34A cup breast size at 5'5" and weighing 128 lbs. This patient was in excellent shape with a very low body fat percentage and had just returned from a bodybuilding competition. She related that she had been eating healthily and normally and was not planning on doing more competitions anytime soon.
