This is a 40-year-old female. She is 5 feet tall and 149 pounds. She has bilateral grade 1 ptotic C cup breasts with short nipple-to-inframammary fold distance. The left breast is slightly smaller than the right breast.
Number of children, two, 8.5 and 8.14 pounds at birth. Breastfed x2. Current bra size is 32 C cup.
