She has grade 2 ptotic breasts with empty skin envelope and she has been sized with 500 cc implants, and she would like to have the breasts and the abdomen addressed.

The patient had liposuction of torso and panniculectomy yesterday. Now, she is coming in for breast reduction and mastopexy. The patient has stated that she wants to go from DDD cup to a full D cup.
